Single busbar arrangement of 66 kV. Bus bar extension in 154 kV bay; building of 1×154 kV line switchgear bay; transformer installation of 154/66 kV, 75 MVA; construction of bus section bays. Bus bar extension in 66 kV bay; construction of bus coupler bay; relocation of line switchgear bay, building of bus coupler bay. Complementary work such as increase in capacity of 1×66 kV line with a length of 1.44 miles (2.32 km) and replacement of conductor for a 60 MVA conductor; construction of electrical room.

Construction of pad foundation for 13.2 kV bay assembly, 13.2 kV bay electromechanical assembly, electrical connection of 13.2 kV busbar to current bay switchgear, auxiliary transformer modifications, DC and AC wiring, signals and communications in new 13.2 bay. Excavation, conductor wiring, and installation of terminal points in 13.2 kV conductor. Provision and assembly of SMEC (Commercial Measuring System) in the electrical room of Bajo Río Tunuyán Transformer Station. Commissioning of equipment.
